We are seeking a talented Healthcare Architectural Project Leader to join our team in North America. As a leader in the healthcare sector, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering exceptional results on major healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead local and regional business development pursuits, including pre-positioning, strategic proposal development, and collaboration with technical and managerial project leads to achieve key operational performance metrics.
- To sustain and grow revenue within your region and across the North American market, helping to attract top-tier clients and achieve top-line growth for the health sector.
- To interface regularly with architectural and engineering leaders across North America to thrive and contribute within the integrated design practice.
- To serve as a local leader to inspire our team, represent healthcare design, and reinforce the global brand of Stantec.
- To collaborate with technical and managerial project leads to achieve key operational performance metrics, including traditional financial metrics and demonstrating improved health outcomes for the projects we deliver.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Licensed and credentialed Architect is preferred.
- Demonstrated design and planning acumen and leadership on major projects.
- Technical understanding of Architecture for health facilities, with direct design experience in functional programming, site selection, core and shell, fit out, and/or interior design.
- Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building, and team engagement talent.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
