About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Operations Strategist to join our Casualty, Legal, and Large Loss Claims team.

The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Senior Vice President of Claims and work closely with our leadership team across Canada.

This is a high-profile role that requires a strong understanding of business operations and strategy. If you have a proven track record in project management and change management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop, design, and track business strategies and projects that support our claims strategic priorities.
  • Establish, track, and refine best practice workflows, procedures, and change management plans to ensure business practices are well executed.
  • Develop and implement project management frameworks to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare research, analysis, and presentations for senior leadership on strategic initiatives and key performance indicators.
  • Continually assess our claims strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and propose actionable solutions to address them.
  • Leverage your financial acumen to support budgeting, initiative delivery, and reporting to promote accountability.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years' work experience, with 3-5 years' management experience within that period.
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with change management initiatives.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required, as you'll be interacting regularly with colleagues across the country.
