Principal Architectural Leader in Healthcare Design

We are a leading consulting firm, Stantec Consulting International Ltd., and we are seeking a highly skilled Principal Architectural Leader to join our team. As a key member of our health sector, you will be responsible for designing and delivering major healthcare projects.
Job Overview$140,000 - $160,000 per year
This is a full-time position that requires a collaborative mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovative project delivery.
About the Role- You will work closely with architectural and engineering leaders across North America to thrive in our integrated design practice.
- You will serve as a local leader, inspiring our team, representing healthcare design, and reinforcing our global brand.
- You will sustain and grow revenue within your region and across the North American market, attracting top-tier clients and achieving top-line growth for our health sector.
- You will collaborate with technical and managerial project leads to achieve key operational performance metrics, including traditional financial metrics and improved health outcomes.
- You must have recent experience in healthcare with an interest in specialty focus, along with appreciation for various markets, such as Acute Care, Outpatient Care, Women's Health, Behavioral Health/Mental Health, Cancer/Proton Therapy, Long Term Care, and Seniors Living projects.
- You should have acumen related to project delivery innovations in IPD, APD, Modular approaches, and related advancements.
- You must demonstrate design and planning acumen and leadership on major projects.
- You should have technical understanding of Architecture for health facilities, with direct design experience in functional programming, site selection, core and shell, fit out, and/or interior design.
- You must possess excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building, and team engagement talent.
- You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Licensed and credentialed Architect is preferred.
