Job Description
  • To apply technical skills and knowledge to create high-quality deliverables.
  • To collaborate with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
  • To ensure designs meet local, state, and federal code requirements.
  • To communicate with manufacturers and contractors to address challenges and develop realistic solutions.
  • To provide contract documents that meet required codes and quality assurance standards.
  • To participate in quality assurance and quality control reviews, being open to constructive feedback.
  • To attend site visits and out-of-office client meetings as needed.
  • To proactively expand your skillset with cross-training in related disciplines.
  • To actively participate in meetings, initiatives, and projects that support Business Center and company goals.
  • To work in a hybrid schedule with flexible hours depending on deliverables and project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software; in particular, AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
  • Relevant design experience in diverse project types including high-rise commercial office, high-rise residential, hospitality, healthcare, educational, data center, and outside plant infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Network, Wireless, Access Control, and Audiovisual Design requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
  • RCDD or prepping for the RCDD license examination is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
