Job Description:This is a Full-Time position that requires collaboration with technical and managerial project leads to achieve key operational performance metrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for sustain and grow revenue within their region and across the North American market.
- Interface regularly with architectural and engineering leaders across North America to thrive and contribute within the integrated design practice
- Serve as a local leader to inspire our team, represent healthcare design, and reinforce the global brand of Stantec
- Sustain and grow revenue within your region and across the North American market, helping to attract top-tier clients and achieve top-line growth for the health sector
- Collaborate with technical and managerial project leads to achieve key operational performance metrics

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated design and planning acumen and leadership on major projects, with technical understanding of Architecture for health facilities. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent is required, with licensed and credentialed Architect being preferred.
**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
**Location:** United States/Canada
