**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience from the restoration/construction industry (preferably with Emergency Mitigation experience)
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian construction processes and project scheduling
  • 3+ years of experience as a supervisor or foreman, leading teams of up to 25 in restoration, emergency, or related industries
  • Familiarity with reconstruction practices (water, fire, mold, wind, and vandalism damage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS OFFICE - Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, and Xactimate
  • Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, billing, and general math)
