Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at HIGHEND KITCHEN CABINETS LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order new supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
