Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, preparing minutes of meetings, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
