Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, compiling data, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases.
  • Offer excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
