Job Summary

Alberta Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services

Requirements

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours of work per week
