Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. in a support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, compiling data, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are required to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
