About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Bluebayinvest in Burnaby, BC. As a key member of our Client Relationship Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert financial advice, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business opportunities through effective lead generation and relationship-building strategies.
  • Develop and execute client contact strategies to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify referral opportunities and introduce clients to RBC partners.
  • Analyze financial statements to identify trends, monitor risk, and assess credit restructuring options.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of commercial banking experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
