Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza (Golden Pizza (Agassiz) Inc. DBA). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish work schedules

Requirements:
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Permanent position with 30 hours per week
• Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused and able to maintain high standards of customer service
• Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to train and supervise staff
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Team player with strong initiative and dependability

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
