Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring exceptional food quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and control food costs, including supplies and labor expenses
  • Plan and implement menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent position
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
