Overlooking Harrison Lake, the Harrison Hot Springs Resort offers the following amenities: five mineral hot springs pools, the Healing Springs Spa, three restaurants and a coffee bar, extensive banquet and catering options, Resort Golf Course and Resort Marina.

Under supervision of Manger/Supervisor, perform routine daily tasks involved in Pro Shop operations and maintenance. Ensure all guests to the golf course comply by all the rules and regulations of the course. Provide all guests with a warm and welcoming experience.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer telephones, booking tee times and tournaments.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Handling cash, cash-outs, credit card and interact.
- Renting clubs and carts, cleaning and returning to proper location.
- Stocking all product in Pro Shop, ordering of product if necessary, filling out purchase orders and the taking of inventory at month end.
- Cleaning and care of Pro Shop facilities, restrooms and patio area on a daily basis.
- Washing of power and pull carts.
- Selling of merchandise, food and beverage - including alcohol.
- Opening and closing of facilities on a daily basis.
- Marshalling of the course as needed.
- At all times promoting and acting in the best interests of the golf course.
- Other job related duties as required.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Must have two (2) years cash handling experience.
- Must have good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.as well as excellent public relations skills.
- Must have managers “Serving it Right”.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of golf and ability to problem solve.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional cash handling skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Required to do shift work.
- Valid OFA III is an asset.
- Being multi lingual is an asset.
- Flexible to a changing schedule.
- Genuine interest in golf.
