We are a dynamic sushi restaurant seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for menu planning, kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality dishes are served to our customers.

Responsibilities- Plan and develop menus that showcase our unique sushi offerings and meet the tastes of our discerning customers.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Maintain inventory and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery and minimal downtime.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
