We are a fast-paced restaurant seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences, we want to hear from you.

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time position offering 30-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the industry and a strong understanding of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Expertise: Estimate costs of supplies and food items, plan menus that meet quality standards, and prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, instruct cooks in preparation and cooking techniques, and recruit and hire qualified candidates.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth kitchen operations, manage inventory, and maintain high-quality food presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Proven track record of successfully leading kitchen teams and managing menu development
Compensation Package

The salary for this role is $**,550 per year, based on industry standards and local market conditions. This figure may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience.
