About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at White Cap Canada Inc., you will play a vital role in generating new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities via phone, email, and other electronic communication channels.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to establish White Cap as a First Choice Supplier.
  • You will process purchase orders, handle cash and credit card transactions, and follow up with customers regarding order status.
  • You will also prospect for new sales opportunities and facilitate the sales process through project management and customer service.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
