About the Role

We are seeking a skilled e-learning developer/instructional designer to join our team at The Institute for Performance and Learning. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with Articulate 360 and a strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other e-learning standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses that are SCORM/xAPI compliant and meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with the instructional design team to develop e-learning courses using Articulate 360.
  • Create engaging and interactive course content that is SCORM/xAPI compliant and compatible with multiple learning management systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during course development or delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses are functioning properly and meeting client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-learning trends, technologies, and techniques.
  • Assist with project planning and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, computer science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience developing e-learning courses using Articulate 360.
  • Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other e-learning standards.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) is a plus.
