Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our global talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
  • Generate and manage regular reports on learning activities, completions, and other relevant metrics.
  • Administer build, tracking, and chargebacks for learning programs, including participant enrollment, scheduling, and program tracking.
  • Manage compliance-related learning programs, ensuring timely delivery and completion by relevant employees.
  • Nominate participants for Global Leadership Programs (GLP) and other strategic learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning events, including workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
