Job Title: Logistics Supervisor for E-Commerce Success

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Tomato E-commerce Inc. as we continue to grow and expand our e-commerce operations.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other software applications used in logistics operations.
