Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary innovation at Vos Restaurante Lakeshore. As the primary culinary leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality food standards, managing kitchen operations, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Culinary Expertise: Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes using a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques.
  • Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire a team of cooks, chefs, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Menu Planning: Experience in developing and implementing menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and meet customer preferences.
  • Kitchen Management: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other departments and teams.
