About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Florette. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and innovative leader to take charge of our culinary operations and drive us forward in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Job Summary

The Executive Culinary Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our menu offerings, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency. You will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and training to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to a diverse range of customers
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement culinary strategies that align with our business goals
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety, and health and safety protocols
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends, ingredients, and cooking techniques to ensure our menu offerings remain fresh and exciting
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality company
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful menu offerings and driving sales growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Certifications in food safety and health and safety protocols
Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
