Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking a skilled Executive Culinary Director to join our team at HUH GA NE.
As an Executive Culinary Director, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory. You will also demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff, create new recipes, instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food, supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, prepare and cook meals or specialty foods, requisition food and kitchen supplies, plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards, prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, recruit and hire staff, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to work 30 hours per week.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
