Job Overview


Custom Culinary is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.



About You


We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or a related field. You will have a proven track record of success in growing sales revenue, building strong customer relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Manage and negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in growing sales revenue and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the food industry and market trends.


What We Offer


At Custom Culinary, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
