Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to lead our kitchen team as an Executive Culinary Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement menus, ensuring quality standards are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and productive team culture.
  • Manage kitchen budgets, maintain records, and demonstrate new cooking techniques to staff and management.
