Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Motel Rideau. This is a full-time position requiring approximately 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, manage front desk operations, and perform various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, payments, and other relevant information
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and key management
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A secondary school graduation certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows
This is an on-site position, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The ideal candidate will be able to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking.
