**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage schedules using Outlook Calendar, coordinating appointments and meetings for staff.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Handle electronic document signing using DocuSign for contracts and agreements.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette while answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office management procedures.
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
- Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
