About the Role

At HRPivot, we're looking for an HR Administrator to support our team in various HR administrative and generalist tasks. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks related to payroll and human resources functions.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage external requests such as employment and income verification.
  • Track, upload and manage employee files in the HRIS.
  • Document and record meeting notes for HR-related discussions.
  • Guide employees through the onboarding process and give presentations at monthly onboarding events.
  • Handle employee requests via phone or email.

We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. If you have experience working with payroll software, such as Kronos/UKG Ready, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and grow within our organization.
