Administrative HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our organization, while developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our employees, including enrolling them in training programs, creating and maintaining reports, updating important HR content, handling internal and external inquiries, providing support for internal HR projects, and overseeing records management. You will also facilitate communications for our benefits and perk programs, as well as perform other miscellaneous duties assigned by the HR team.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a post-secondary education in Human Resources, administrative experience, intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Strong time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills are also essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees and managers.
