**Job Summary:**

The High Level Strategic Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the CEO at Natural Factors, a leading organization in the industry. This position requires strong administrative skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can work closely with the CEO to optimize engagement with donors, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in executive support, cross-departmental collaboration, or strategic project management.

**Responsibilities:)

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, calendar prioritization, and preparing daily briefings.
    • Maintain accurate records in our CRM database, including donor and partner information, and document key interactions.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
    • Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up for key organization-wide strategic initiatives in collaboration with relevant departments.
    • Coordinate with the Development team on key donor engagement activities.
  • Board and Governance Support:
    • Assist with preparation, documentation, and distribution of board meeting materials, acting as a liaison between the board and the leadership team.
  • Strategic Administrative Support:
    • Maintain organized files and systems for critical documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education with relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with judgment, diplomacy, and discretion.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and coordinate effectively with internal and external teams.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems; comfortable with digital tools for project management, document sharing, and data organization.

  • $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
