Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Strategic Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MDRT Financial Service Corp.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • They will be fluent in English and work 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

The Strategic Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the establishment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Office Services Coordination

  • The coordinator will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • They will also coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Education and Experience

Education
  • The ideal candidate will have a college or CEGEP education.
Experience
  • They should have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Working Conditions

  • The working conditions for this role include working 35 hours per week in a dynamic environment.
