High-Level IT Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Level IT Support Professional to join our team at Stellar Recruitment Inc. in Vancouver, BC.
As a key member of our MSP team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and ensuring efficient problem resolution for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients with complex technical issues involving Microsoft related technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate IT-related problems requiring strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing user inquiries
- Collaborate with team leads and other IT professionals to ensure seamless problem resolution
- Document and track support requests, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping
Requirements:
- Able to communicate fluently in Spanish
- Prior experience providing high-level support in an MSP environment
- Related IT certifications such as ITIL, MTA, or MCSA
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently
The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
