**Job Summary**
PeopleToGo is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients across the country.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop PCs to resolve issues with machines deployed to field units.
- PC Imaging: Perform PC imaging using RIS, Image X, and WDS technologies to address problems with machines.
- Problem Resolution: Engage in problem resolution for other issues reported by customers, including technical support and troubleshooting.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7), Microsoft Office, basic networking concepts, WiFi technology, VPN, PC Hardware troubleshooting and repair, and imaging technologies.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrate excellent client-facing skills, organization skills, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to multitask, and strong knowledge of client hardware.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in PC support and/or deskside support.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of PC hardware and imaging technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
