Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Kinka Family. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems. You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • Information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) Certification
  • Network+ Certification
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
