Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Specialist to join our team at KNG Technical Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers in the diagnostics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site application studies and lab evaluations to ensure product performance and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain customer training materials and documents to support product validation and implementation.
  • Work closely with field sales teams to add value to sales opportunities and ensure a smooth transition to new customers.
  • Present performance data and results to prospects and customers, and educate end-users on instrument use and application issues.
  • Enter activity and call details into software platforms to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Take a leading role in developing Centers of Excellence and championing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development.
  • Become a trusted industry leader through podium presence, lectures, and educational delivery with accounts, professional associations, and at conferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant science discipline or industry experience.
  • MLT or RT qualification with relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant clinical knowledge and/or experience within the POC diagnostics industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of related experience in the diagnostics industry with emphasis on technical support and end-user training.
  • Clinical laboratory bench experience and/or POC experience is ideal.
  • Competency with statistics and basic familiarity with linear regression analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Blood Glucose and Blood Gas testing meters is a plus.
