Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tejas Consultants Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical issues and provide solutions to clients and internal teams
  • Consult technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on technical procedures and best practices
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
