Key Responsibilities:- Manage a book of business, servicing clients in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
- Assist producers in obtaining, maintaining, and growing business.
- Coordinate and support account planning, discussing arising issues and creating comprehensive plans for existing clients.
- Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
- Manage account documentation, reviewing client coverage and exposures, loss experience, and analyzing risk to determine product/service requirements.
- 10 years of experience as a broker with 5 years working on large commercial accounts.
- Solid understanding of policy wordings/coverages.
- RIBO License is required.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
As a valued member of the team, you will have the opportunity to participate in training and professional development courses to enhance your skills and industry knowledge. Additionally, you will be required to work from the Mississauga office 3 days per week.
