The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding Charter's presence in the Canadian market. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with medium and large accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships
- Strong technical knowledge of Charter's products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
