Burnaby-based Binary Stream Software is a leading Microsoft Gold certified partner specializing in enterprise-grade software solutions. With a strong culture of innovation and teamwork, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $73,300 - $100,000 CAD, plus uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package including 3 weeks of paid vacation, extended health and dental benefits, and RRSP program.
Job DescriptionAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the sale of our products and services through the Microsoft Dynamics reseller channel. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, cultivating relationships with designated reseller partners, and navigating billing and close processes. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to initiate projects that fortify strategic relationships with reseller partners and Microsoft.
A typical day as an Account Manager may include:
- Sales Cycle Management: Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, closing sales of Binary Stream products and services in collaboration with reseller partners.
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivating and growing relationships with designated reseller partners, onboard new partners, and navigate through partner sales organizations.
Additional duties may include travel and completing other assigned tasks. Measures of success include exceeding all sales quota targets, maintaining an accurate sales funnel in Dynamics CRM, and supporting Binary Stream's culture and values.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary degree in business and/or Information Technology or a college diploma in a similar field.
- Up to 2 years of B2B SMB software sales experience.
- Experience selling SaaS business solutions or ERP systems.
- Understanding of Microsoft's channel and partnerships is considered an asset.
