We are seeking an Operations Leadership Professional to play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and an environment that fosters growth and collaboration.

Your role:
- Guide new and existing team members through company policies, processes, and role-specific tools.
- Create efficient schedules and manage timesheet compliance to optimize workforce utilization.
- Ensure seamless rental counter activities and maintain operational excellence.
- Create meaningful connections by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Manage vehicle clean-ups, maintenance, and ensure timely, high-quality vehicle deliveries and pick-ups.
- Sign off on daily business reports and drive accountability across the team.
- Address customer concerns proactively while collaborating with your direct supervisor to seize opportunities.
Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Proven track record in supervisory roles, with strong team management skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
