Bilingual Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Recrute Action. This is a full-time position with a 12-month contract, offering a competitive hourly salary of $24.31 and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional verbal and written communication in both French and English to support clients effectively.
• Maintain a professional presence, including appropriate attire and demeanor tailored to each customer environment.
• Receive and direct multiple incoming calls on a multi-line system, ensuring accurate message documentation.
• Greet and direct visitors, ensuring compliance with customer security and badge protocols.
• Set up and maintain files and records with high attention to detail.
• Manage conference room schedules and set up for meetings as needed.
• Provide general office and records management.
• Cover mail, print production, and fulfillment duties, including faxing, scanning, and copying, as assigned.
• Perform additional general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; Windows Explorer and internet navigation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor suitable for a professional client environment.
• Ability to operate phone equipment accurately and efficiently following provided training.
• Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including archive boxes, as part of general support duties.
• Strong ability to read, write, and follow instructions with precision.
