We are seeking an exceptional Multilingual Insurance Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will provide top-notch support to plan members and service providers by professionally answering all incoming telephone calls and emails.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service while responding to all inbound inquiries.
  • Remaining attentive to customers to fully understand their situations.
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Staying current on program information, products, processes, and business initiatives.
  • Using company-supplied 'scripts' when available.
  • Assisting in other departments as required.
  • Flexible hours may be required at peak periods.

What we're looking for:

  • Highly developed customer service skills;
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to several computer systems;
  • The ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Medical/dental knowledge and experience would be an asset;
  • Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written is an asset;
  • Bilingual in Arabic or Spanish, spoken and written is an asset.
