Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at SSS FOODWORKS INC. as a Pastry Chef. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for our menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Bakery Operations: Supervise and manage the daily operations of our bakery, including inventory management, staff supervision, and quality control.
- Staff Training: Train and develop our bakery staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to meet our production needs.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as baking and pastry arts or culinary arts.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or pastry shop, with a focus on management and leadership.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

As a Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including inventory management, staff supervision, and quality control.
