About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Malton Sweets & Samosa Factory. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to meet customer demands and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for baking and customer service.
Working Conditions

  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
