About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Baketree Inc. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that our bakery runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the preparation and production of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, to ensure high-quality products meet our standards.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency.
  • Operations Management: Draw up production schedules, manage workflow, and make decisions to optimize bakery operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Skills: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, hand-eye coordination, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, and working under pressure
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, excellent oral communication, judgment, reliability, and team player
Work Environment

Our bakery is a fast-paced environment with a focus on producing high-quality products. As a Bakery Operations Manager, you will be working in a large volume bakery with a team of experienced bakers and kitchen staff.
