Bakery Production Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Production Manager to join our team at Lazio Italian Bakery and Deli. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and baking of our delicious bread, pastries, and other sweet treats.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and implement new recipes for our bakery products, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and taste.
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Team Management: Train and supervise a team of bakers and production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards, and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the right ingredients and supplies on hand to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or production environment
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
