Job Title: Head Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at Mr. Puffs. As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for leading our bakery team and ensuring that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of bakers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Bakery Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Recipe Development: Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Staff Training: Train and develop the skills of our bakery team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • Skills: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, hand-eye coordination, handling heavy loads, manual dexterity, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, judgment, reliability, and team player.
