Key Responsibilities- Manage Bakery Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of bakery personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Inspect baked goods to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Staff Training: Train and develop bakery staff to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 36 hours per week.
