We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Administrator to join our team at Apple Child Care & OSC.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages.

Additional duties will include compiling data, statistics, and other information, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, as well as typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.

In terms of technology, the Business Office Administrator will be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

Work Environment

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. The role also requires excellent organizational skills, with a focus on being a team player and providing client-focused support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, office management)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on a 35-hour workweek.
